Chitosan oligosaccharides can form cationic groups and have affinity with animal somatic cells, which can improve animal immunity through cellular immunity, humoral immunity and non-specific immunity. After adding oligosaccharide COS II, the spleen index and thymic index of the test group were slightly lower than those of the control group at 21 days, but at 42 days, the spleen index and thymic index of the test group were higher than those of the control group. Conclusion:

 

After adding 200g/t oligosaccharide COS II to the diet, this test was carried out under the experimental conditions:

1. The full-time death rate of broilers decreased by 5.5%.

2. The performance (weight gain and ratio of feed to meat) and immune performance of broiler chickens were improved.

3. In terms of the improvement effect, the effect of the oligosaccharin COS II on the late stage is superior to that of the earlier stage, which may be related to the time of addition, and the improvement effect shown in the later stage is more obvious after the oligosaccharide is added for a long time.
