【Test Case】

The results show that:

2) Chitosan oligosaccharide could significantly increase the concentrations of serum IgG, IgM and IgA in 21 day old broilers (P < 0.05) and 42 day old broilers (P < 0.05), but had no significant effect on IgM;

3) The addition of chitosan oligosaccharide significantly increased the content of T lymphocyte subsets in peripheral blood of 21 and 42 day old broilers (P < 0.05)_ 3~+CD_ 4 ~ + and CD_ 3~+CD_ The percentage of 8 ~ + T lymphocytes increased significantly (P < 0.05);

5) The addition of chitosan oligosaccharide significantly increased the content of serum NO in 21 day old broilers (P < 0.05)
