Chitosan oligosaccharide can increase the contents of tea polyphenols, caffeine, soluble sugar and free amino acids in tea and enhance the quality of tea β- The activity of glucosidase was improved by root irrigation (12.95%) better than that by foliar spraying (8.73%). The content of amino acid theanine in fresh leaves increased by 40.23% and 34.94% after foliar spraying and 42.86% and 29.53% after root irrigation.

 

Spraying chitosan oligosaccharide on the leaves improved the ability to stress the environment γ- The content of aminobutyric acid was 25.84%, and chitooligosaccharide decreased by root irrigation γ- The content of aminobutyric acid was 2.94%. The analysis showed that the composition and content of aroma substances in tea changed after the application of chitosan oligosaccharide, which would lead to the change of tea aroma type.

Chitosan oligosaccharide has been proved to activate plant cells, regulate plant growth, promote plant flowering and fruit, promote plant absorption and utilization of nutrients, and improve the yield and quality of crops.

Test Cases

 

 

The growth conditions (soil type, fertilization, tree age, growth stage, plant row spacing, etc.) of tea in the experimental plot are consistent with varieties, growth potential and cultivation measures

 

Test design:

1. Oligosaccharide preparation 50ppm (1000 times solution);

2. Oligosaccharide preparation 750 ppm (750 times solution);

3. Preparations commonly used in production;

4. Normal management. For each plot area of 1 mu, constant spraying is carried out with common machinery, accurate dosage, accurate distribution of droplets, and more than 10% of the dosage deviation are recorded. Then the growing trend is investigated. Before the tea mining, 5 spots in each plot are taken to investigate the number of sprouts, the 100 bud weight and fresh leaf yield are measured. Meanwhile, fresh leaves of 5g are used to measure the water content, and the growth, length and yield of the tea leaves are measured. Visually inspect the growth and quality of tea leaves, leaf color changes, etc. After the tea with different treatments is collected, samples are taken to detect pesticide residues according to the requirements of pesticide residue detection.

 

It was found that the yield of tea sprayed with chitosan oligosaccharide biological pesticide increased by 6%, the taste was significantly better than that without chitosan oligosaccharide, and the pesticide residue was also very low.
