Preservatives: Brown algae oligosaccharides form a protective film on the surface of food, reducing its contact with the outside world, delaying food oxidation and microbial growth, and extending the shelf life of food.


Fruits and vegetables: 0.1% -0.5% solution immersion/spray
Meat: 0.05% -0.2% soaking/spray

 

Thickener: Brown algae oligosaccharides are connected by β -1,4-glycosidic bonds between mannuronic acid (M) and guluronic acid (G) to form a linear long-chain structure. When the molecular weight is reduced to below 1000, its water solubility and flowability are significantly enhanced, which can effectively regulate the viscosity of liquid products


Yogurt: Add 0.2% -1% of yogurt quality
